Description
Greco di Tufo DOCG “Asya” is a white wine with strong character, produced in the hills of Santa Paolina, Tufo, and Altavilla Irpina.
Its appearance is straw yellow with golden reflections, clear and brilliant.
The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe fruit, thyme, wild fennel, and flinty minerality.
On the palate, it is bold, fresh, and distinctly mineral, supported by vibrant acidity.
Excellent with grilled fish, white meats, legumes, and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at 10–12 °C to fully appreciate its elegance.
