L’offerta e la vendita sul sito web CORNERSOPSORRENTO.COM integrano un contratto a distanza disciplinato dagli artt. 50 ss. del Decreto Legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206 (Codice del Consumo), nonché dal Decreto Legislativo 9 aprile 2003 n. 70 (c.d. Legge sul Commercio Elettronico). L’acquisto dei prodotti è destinato ai consumatori.
Le presenti Condizioni di vendita disciplinano il rapporto tra il Cliente e CORNERSOPSORRENTO.COM per l’acquisto dei Prodotti sul Sito.
Il Cliente è tenuto a leggere attentamente le Condizioni di vendita che CORNERSOPSORRENTO.COM mette a sua disposizione anche al fine di consentirgli la riproduzione e la memorizzazione delle ricordate Condizioni in ottemperanza a quanto disposto dall’art. 12, co. 3° del D. 🛍️ Purchase Methods

1. To purchase Products, the Customer must register by entering their details, following the instructions provided by the registration program, and complete and submit to CORNERSHOPSORRENTO.COM the electronic purchase order form available on the site, following the instructions contained therein. Purchase orders must be completed in their entirety.
2. The Customer must place the selected Product(s) in the “Cart” and, after reviewing and accepting the delivery costs, may proceed with the purchase. If the Customer needs to modify the purchase order or change any data contained therein, they must follow the modification procedure on the site. In particular, the Customer may change the quantity of Products to be purchased by adding or removing one or more Products from the Cart.
3. Qualora il Cliente abbia necessità di modificare l’ordine di acquisto ovvero di modificare alcuni dati in esso contenuti dovrà seguire l’apposita procedura di modifica contenuta nel sito. In particolare il Cliente avrà la facoltà di modificare la quantità dei Prodotti che intende acquistare, aggiungendo o eliminando uno o più Prodotti dal Carrello.

🧾 Conclusion of the Contract

1. By confirming the purchase order, the Customer declares to have fully understood and accepted the terms of sale and other information provided on the site.
2. The Order Confirmation sent by CORNERSHOPSORRENTO.COM to the Customer's email address constitutes acceptance of the contractual proposal.
3. The contract is concluded, and binding for both parties, when the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer.
4. The Order Confirmation will include: purchased products, price, payment methods, delivery costs, and right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 70/03.
5. After payment, the Customer will receive an email notification of payment receipt; from that moment, preparation and shipping times begin.
6. If our staff finds errors in the order or deems it impossible to fulfill within the requested times and methods, the Customer will be promptly informed.
7. CORNERSHOPSORRENTO.COM is not liable for damages due to partial or total non-acceptance of an order or cancellation for non-payment.
8. Product availability on the website is constantly updated but may vary without notice.
9. Product images may differ in color, size, or accessories from the description.

💳 Payment

1. Prices are expressed in Euro/Dollar and include applicable taxes.
2. Delivery costs are not included and will be indicated in the order summary.
3. The price is that indicated on the site at the time of the order.
4. Accepted payment methods: PayPal™ account or credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa).
5. Payments with PayPal™ are processed directly by PayPal™ without storing card details.
6. No other payment methods are accepted.

🛡️ Warranty for Defective Goods

1. If damaged goods are found upon receipt, notify us within 24 hours by emailing info@cornershopsorrento.com with photos of the damaged goods and order/shipping reference. We will refund the cost or send a replacement at our expense.
2. Purchases are subject to Legislative Decree 206/05 (distance contracts). The customer may withdraw within 10 working days, returning the goods for a refund.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

The Customer may withdraw within 10 working days if the product is intact. Refunds are made upon receipt of goods. No returns for opened sealed products.
