Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia is the second wine of the prestigious estate, made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. It opens on the nose with intense aromas of cherry, blackberry, black pepper, and vanilla. The palate is rich and velvety, with well-balanced tannins and an elegant finish. Ideal with roasts, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
