Description
“Lyra” Fiano di Avellino DOCG is a refined white wine born from the hills of Lapio and Montefalcione, capturing all the freshness and aromatic richness of Irpinia. It shows a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers pear, passion fruit, and a delicate hint of toasted hazelnut, forming an elegant and persistent bouquet. On the palate, it is dry, smooth, warm, and velvety, with a savory backbone and long finish.
Excellent with seafood starters, shellfish, fish soups, sushi, and spicy ethnic dishes. Serve at 10–12 °C.
